$10,000 sign on bonus for a two-year commitment with one year of experience or $15,000 with more than one year of experience.

In addition to performing imaging procedures at an advanced level, coordinates workflow, assists with projects and coordinates educational activities. Functions as a working technologist and distributes workload to ensure efficient operations. Rotates between two specialties.

This position will work dayshift with evening, weekend and call rotation.

Responsibilities:

Performs all responsibilities of Diagnostic Tech I and Advanced Diagnostic Tech II. Leads orientation and training for new hires, students and other medical personnel; ensures competencies are completed in the required time frame. Responsible for offering remediation with technologists when necessary. Assists with quality assurance projects and assists in the development of exam protocols alongside of or in place of advanced technologists and communicates results back to departmental leadership. Coordinates daily workflow and schedule of the department while maintaining staffing levels based on, but not limited to, call offs, vacations, patient volumes, and training needs. Assists in talent acquisition interviews for successful recruitment of technologist candidates and provides feedback for annual performance reviews. Assumes the leadership role in the absence of the supervisor. *Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.*Performs other duties as assigned.
