Lead DevOps Engineer
**Lead DevOps Engineer – Malvern, PA** You will support Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostic’s (AM&D) cloud computing and DevOps initiatives. You will have a focus on the design of systems and services that run on cloud platforms. **Your role:** + Work closely with fellow DevOps engineers, developers, and company leadership to move AM&D’s infrastructure platforms from legacy ITIL-based operations into true cloud-native functionality + As a thought leader you will utilize your knowledge of AWS cloud computing best practices to bring innovation and new ways of working to the R&D organization within AM&D + Participate in the software development lifecycle by becoming a key stakeholder in SAFe methodologies and ceremonies + Rapidly grow your knowledge and skillset of all things cloud-native, DevOps and agile + Opportunities to participate in training and educational opportunities to include AWS Re:Invent, paid certifications and other training classes **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in the development, launch and maintenance of a highly available platforms running cloud-native technologies on a hyper-scaler such as AWS, Azure or GCP that conform to cloud computing best practices + You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification preferred/Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer certification is a plus!! + Your skills include demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and you have a high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You have strong written and verbal communication skills. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
