Key Responsibilities

Analyze and provide feedback on system infrastructure, assisting with design and implementationDevelop fully automated pipelines for building, deploying, and testing applications across multiple environmentsAutomate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and delivery in both cloud and on-premises environmentsBecome familiar with the product codebase and architecture, and collaborate with hardware and software vendors for support globallyParticipate in cross-functional projects, working collaboratively with international teams to address issues, release schedules, and system administration mattersLead by example through professional conduct and actions

Required Experience and Skills

Hands-on experience with system automation using Python, PowerShell, or automation frameworks such as Chef or Terraform to deliver infrastructure-as-code solutionsAbility to containerize applications and manage artifact repositoriesStrong troubleshooting skills for deployment issues, with a focus on automation over manual interventionExperience with CI/CD workflows and tools (such as Jenkins or GitLab)Solid understanding of networking concepts and principles, including application routingAdministration or engineering experience with Linux, Windows, or similar operating systemsDemonstrated strong operations and service delivery skills, working effectively with distributed (onshore and offshore) teamsProficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Groovy, Python, or Ansible to automate manual tasksExperience in dynamic Agile environments, including effective project planning and estimation to adapt to evolving requirements and ensure timely deliveryFamiliarity with cloud-based solutions, preferably AWS or GCPFamiliarity with version control systems, such as GitDemonstrated strong written and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to team members, stakeholders and senior management

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)Linux or Windows certificationsExperience supporting financial systems in a global computing environmentProven record of success in a matrix/multicultural organization with demonstrated increasing responsibilitiesExperience tuning and troubleshooting for performance

Experience supporting and troubleshooting trading applications, including high availability, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, incident management, patching, and change
