**_Job Description_** **Job Title:** **Lead Development Manager ESI** **Department:** Business Development ESI **Reporting to:** VP, Business Development ESI & GES **BU Title:** Business Development **JOB PURPOSE & KEY OBJECTIVES:** Your position is intended to contribute to the optimization of sales opportunities, through the processing of inbound leads or incoming calls, according to ADP terminology via an international team of Lead Development Representatives (LDR). Your main mission is to manage the multi-country team that **validates and allocates** incoming leads internally as quickly as possible, allocating directly to the correct salesperson to progress when the potential is identified or rejected otherwise. In other words, you will manage the LDRs in each region that pass on the inbound opportunities generated for the Sales teams, holding responsibility for the processes and methods to do so effectively. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + You need to be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line offering overall strategic guidance to LDRs; + Get involved and collaborate on projects aimed at improving our processes, developing our team members and delivering on our commitments as a Team.; + Be able to constructively accept and receive feedback aimed at maintaining a high performance standard.; + Stay open to learn and develop continuously, in order to gain new skills needed and quickly adapt to changes and grow your career; + Learn about ADP’s values, conduct and other regulations, and reflect them both inside and outside the office; **OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Check, research and contact incoming requests for validation and allocation. + Work closely with marketing and sales teams by providing responses to phone referrals, incoming web forms, qualifying leads ensuring specific criteria (Discovery Document) + Accurately update and maintain Salesforce.com to ensure update and data completion. + Allocate leads as opportunities (“gained access” stage) for timely follow-up. **You will handle all incoming requests by:** - Guaranteeing their eligibility for Salespeople by segment; - Ensuring allocations according to the local rules defined for the fiscal year; - Qualifying the context and booking meetings and transmission to Salespeople; - Guaranteeing the quality of leads and information sent to Salespeople; **This implies and requires that you are aware of:** - the offers strategy and the commercial strategy of the company; - the sales teams, their activities and their territory distribution; - all the operational marketing plans and campaigns; - the qualification and meeting criteria; - Master SFDC tool; **PROFILE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** Experience working in a target driven, lead generation environment preferable. Candidate must be comfortable with having in-depth discussions with team members, have knowledge of Social Media and Digital Research Methods. Previous CRM knowledge is very desirable (salesforce.com preferable) **Your Profile as a successful Candidate:** _Personal Characteristics/Attributes:_ 1. Target and results driven; 2.
