Job DescriptionAct as the (technical) assistant project leader for international development projects.Define technical plans including measurements, schedules, and design requirements in line with project goals.Design, develop, and test concepts based on requirements and specifications.Conduct theoretical and practical research within own field of expertise.Develop analytical models and perform relevant calculations.Prepare and manage engineering schedules across international sites, ensuring resource and capacity alignment.Supervise and mentor Engineers, supporting their development in consultation with the Manager to ensure required competencies are met.

QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Broad technical knowledge in mechanical design, aerodynamics, combustion, programming, and control systems.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead without direct authority.Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English (written and spoken).
