WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We are currently seeking a talented Lead Developer Mobile to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.

RESPONSIBILITIES Expert to the mobile develoment communities across a range of topics related to technical and functional aspects of developments of mobile apps, for example app store management, testing, troubleshooting, infrastructure, CI/CDDrive the concept of Design Systems, form based workflow automations, centralized testing, IT Security and overall expert governence across a range of mobility related topicsContribute towards development of documentations such as Solutions Design along with interactions with Architecture, Solutions communities.Demonstrate Agriculture Practice's in house developed platform for mobility across communitiesDevelop self and organization on AI related topics that could enhance efficiency and scaleDevelop mobile technical ecosystems beyond current vendor pool around app market intelligence, workflow automations, testing, app-app interactionsGeneral maintenance, efficiency and other improvement topics for the App community.Leading multinational projectsREQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION Degree in computer scienceIT TrainingProject management and work experience in related fields and experts skills in installation/testing of hardware/software Expert skills in programming languages, IT feasibility study and Market knowledge of software and IT SystemsExpert in CRM Systems, Process Mapping toolsSpecialist in IT Hardware, IT Security, Databases, E-commerce, Change management and Consulting MethodsAdvanced english WHAT WE OFFER A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.Learning and development opportunities23 holiday days per year5 additional days (readjustment)2 cultural daysA collaborative, trustful and innovative work environmentBeing part of an international team and work in global projectsRelocation assistance to Madrid providedHOW TO REACH US
