**Job Summary** The Lead Developer role involves designing developing and maintaining software applications using Liferay Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE technologies. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on business information solutions. This position requires a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Design and develop high-quality software applications using Liferay Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE technologies to meet business requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals. + Implement best practices in coding and software development to enhance application performance and scalability. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely solutions to ensure smooth operation of applications. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality standards. + Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment. + Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. + Develop and maintain documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business information needs and translate them into technical solutions. + Contribute to the companys purpose by developing applications that enhance business information management and impact society positively. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate proficiency in Liferay Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE technologies showcasing strong technical skills. + Possess a solid understanding of business information systems and their application in software development. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. + Show experience in hybrid work models demonstrating adaptability and effective communication skills. + Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development. + Display strong collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. + Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
