Job Summary
The Senior Design Lead is responsible for overseeing multiple design teams specializing in Manufacturing Process Planning. This role is pivotal in establishing organizational design standards, driving innovation in design processes, and ensuring that design initiatives significantly contribute to achieving business objectives. The Senior Design Lead will leverage their expertise to enhance user experiences while fostering a collaborative and high-performing design environment. (1.) Key Responsibilities
