Validating the BoC (Bill of Characteristics) and CNs (Characteristic Number’s) on the face of the drawingEscalating BoC conflicts to the BoC Leadership TeamInitiating BoC CIDs and progressing them through the Change Assessment ProcessUpload of BoC to the design change systemObtaining Design Change Approvals and making any required updates based on approver feedbackSupporting supplier and shop quality in BoC incorporation on the shop floor. This effort may include all or some of the following Creation of DFMEA/PFMEACreation of control plansIncorporating Characteristic list into inspection planningCollecting Delta FAI dataRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an accredited college or universityMinimum of 3 years design/manufacturing/quality engineering experienceLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. The base pay range for this position id $98,300 - $163,500. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 30, 2025.
