**Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and relationship-focused Lead Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and alignment of client-facing technology initiatives within our Tech Solutions group. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects meet strategic objectives, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical delivery teams. This role demands a strong communicator with proven project management expertise, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to drive successful outcomes from initiation through delivery.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the execution of client-facing technology projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
* Serve as the primary liaison between clients, business units, and technical teams, translating business goals into actionable project plans.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with business unit executives, department managers, and IT leaders to ensure strategic alignment.
* Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Manage internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
* Monitor and control project scope, schedules, and budgets, proactively managing changes and mitigating risks.
* Facilitate collaboration between business units and technical experts to identify and deliver innovative, effective solutions.
* Provide regular updates on project progress, key challenges, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
* Enable healthy escalation processes to resolve risks and remove roadblocks, ensuring continued momentum.
* Advocate for the client’s priorities and business processes within delivery teams.
* Coordinate post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
* Partner with the technical leads to refine workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management, account management, or business partnership roles within a technology-focused environment.
* Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software or technology projects successfully.
* Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern delivery methodologies.
* Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans and outcomes.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
* Robust collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing client relationships and expectations in professional services or technology delivery settings.
* Demonstrated success in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management tools strongly preferred.
* Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
