Lead Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Management Team in Belgrade.  As a Lead Delivery Manager, you will effectively and independently manage end-to-end projects by planning, executing, collaborating and managing stakeholders, striving to improve the flow of work on the team, track issues, dependencies, risks and drive continuous review and improvement.

The Lead Delivery Manager skillset includes a good understanding of technical practices, the software delivery lifecycle, Agile/Lean schools of thought and how to use metrics to drive change.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management, including Agile methodologies, demonstrated within your current or previous roles in the SDLC. You have 7 years of experience facilitating and managing discussions, including technical discussions, within your multidisciplinary teams and across upstream and downstream stakeholders. You possess strong mediation and relationship-building skills, with 7 years of experience identifying and rectifying issues in team dynamics and skill sets.Technical Proficiency: You have 5 years of experience with Jira and Confluence.

Project Management related certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)

What will you be doing in this role?

Create Project Plans: Collaborate with stakeholders from various areas to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.Day-to-Day Project Oversight: Provide continuous oversight of the project by monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, and working with stakeholders (product, tech, delivery management) to take necessary actions to keep the project on track.Manage Dependencies and Remove Impediments: Engage in managing dependencies outside the teams and actively work to remove any impediments that may hinder progress.Risk Management: Identify potential risks early on and work with the team to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.Facilitate Change Management: Assess the impact of any changes, communicate these changes to the team, and adjust project plans accordingly to accommodate them.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including top management, ensuring transparent and timely communication regarding the project's status.Financial and Process Management: Oversee financial aspects such as SOWs, POs, and invoices, while serving as a project management expert to coach the team and contribute to evolving internal processes for improved efficiency.

Product you will be supporting

You will be a part of the Delivery Team and support Intellectual Property Lifecycle Management products at Clarivate. Clarivate's IPLM software helps organizations streamline their IP processes, ensuring efficient and effective management of their valuable IP assets. The products provide support with:

Patent and Trademark Management: Streamline the management of patents and trademarks.Docketing Automation: Automate docketing processes to improve efficiency.Portfolio Management: Manage IP portfolios effectively.Analytics: Gain insights through comprehensive analytics.

About the Team   

You will join a global Delivery Management team consisting of approximately 30 members. You will closely collaborate with the software development teams under the IPLM products umbrella.
