Lead Debit Card Representative

**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**
+ Advanced knowledge and understanding of the Debit Card servicing process.
+ Proven client service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed.
+ Advanced knowledge of Core, card management systems and other applicable processing systems.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong analytical and technical skills along with logical thought processes are also required.* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
+ Attention to detail and thorough follow-up skills.
+ Ability to organize time and resources and set priorities to accomplish multiple duties.
+ Demonstrated ability and desire to lead and drive individual and team results.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent preferred.
+ A minimum of 3-5 years Debit Card processing experience.
+ Coaching and developing staff and process improvement preferred.
**INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS**
+ Considerable and frequent with management.
+ Frequent contact with vendors and customers
**WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
