About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven strategies , conduct experiments on large datasets to evaluate the feasibility, results, and performance of NLP& LLM (Large Language Model). This DS make sound engineering decisions and improve software development practices with an eye for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and algorithms.

Design and implement advanced data analysis, and produce actionable insights to improve business operations and strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and develop solutions to address them.

Develop scalable and efficient data-driven solutions and products.

Communicate analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Stay updated with state-of-the-art data science techniques and methodologies, and integrate them into the team's work.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of statistical models and data architectures.

Requirements:

Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Proven experience (8+ years) as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Strong expertise in statistical modeling, LLM, RAG, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience in [industry or specific area relevant to the role] is a plus.
