Contract Duration: 11+ Months **Required Skills & Experience** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. + 15+ years of data analytics experience in core development using Python and database technologies. + Must have strong hands-on Python coding skill in Big Data environments. + Strong hands-on experience with PySpark, SQL, PL/SQL, and Kafka. + 8+ years of people management experience. + Intellectual curiosity to stay abreast of technological and data analytics. + Experience building and deploying data analytics solutions in production environments. + Strong coordination and project management skills; must be able to define business requirements and create robust technical and process documentation to support activities. + Proficient in proactive risk mitigation, manage project pipeline to ensure prioritization and required resourcing mix. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
