Job Description

Join Danfoss, a global leader in engineering solutions, as a “Lead Data Consultant” within our “Data, Analytics, and Incubation” team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the team, driving strategic data initiatives, and ensuring Danfoss is equipped for future data advancements.

Job Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the data team, overseeing and performing data release executions, including cleansing and migration activities Act as a pivotal position between functional process experts, technical migration resources, and local business, ensuring seamless collaboration Design and architect data solutions combining process, business, and data understanding, while driving strategic direction Manage and optimize data flow and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy Implement and uphold data governance frameworks, driving strategic growth Continuously stay updated on emerging data technologies like BI, AI, and DataBricks, applying them to optimize operations and applications Drive future preparedness by ensuring data solutions are scalable and adaptable to future growth.
Background & Skills Background & Skills

Must-Have:

Master's Degree or Engineering Degree with E2E business process knowledge 10+ years as a SAP consultant or in related systems Extensive knowledge and experience working on multiple SAP-ERP Projects Deep exposure to data objects from modules like MM, PP, SD, SM, WM, QM, and FICO SAP Data migration experience with tools like BODS, LMSW, Migration Cockpit Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills Proven leadership and team coordination skills.


Preferred:

Business Analytic intelligence Understanding of IT landscapes such as CRM, PLM, ERP, MES, MDG, GTS Artificial intelligence understanding. Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
