Job Description As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and shutting down racks, hard drives, and switches while following detailed checklists and protocols. You’ll perform quality checks on cabling, troubleshoot and replace faulty components, and manage hardware. The role also involves resolving rack issues, handling cable labeling and patch panels, and completing high-level tickets.
