As a Lead Data Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Technology - Corporate Data and Analytics Service team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading and managing multiple data architecture departments. Your role will involve collaborating across the business and technical divisions within the architecture function to implement key initiatives. Leveraging your experience, you will be driving the adoption and implementation of technical methodologies across various teams. Job Responsibilities:
Develop data model standards for capturing Conceptual, Logical, and Physical models to align with business objectivesWork closely with Domain/Tower Information Architects, business stakeholders, and application teams to ensure data model standards are metAct as a representative for the organization at Firm-wide and Line of Business Information Architecture forumsOffer technical leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with Information Architecture standardsDevelop and promote best practices in metadata management, data lineage, and data quality controlsPerform regular assessments and audits of information architecture to maintain compliance and optimize processesMentor and support team of architects in skill and expertise development
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
8+ years applied experience and formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise and more broadly across the organizationProven experience as an Information Architect or in a similar capacity and data architecture toolsStrong proficiency in data modelling, metadata management, and information governanceProficiency in planning and managing workload, deliverables, and teams under tight deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and data management standardsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to abstract from specifics and detail from conceptual frameworks.
