Job Summary We’re looking for a **Lead Data Analyst** to lead data-driven initiatives that support strategic decision-making. You’ll transform complex datasets into actionable insights, automate processes, and collaborate across teams to build scalable analytics solutions. This hybrid role offers flexibility with day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Lead analytics projects aligned with business goals. + Communicate insights through data storytelling and presentations. + Conduct EDA to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. + Manage incentive compensation models and ROI calculations. + Apply machine learning for forecasting and predictive analytics. + Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks. + Promote a data-driven culture across the organization. **Qualifications** + Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Excel Macros/VBA, SQL, and Python. + Automate data processes using Excel Macros/VBA and SQL. + Experience with Dataiku, Alteryx, and incentive compensation management. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
