POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the team of Data AnalystsReview tasks assigned to data analysts for quality assurance and ensures timely submission of deliverables to the GovernmentEnsure that all seizure data is timely and accurately loadedEnsure that all seizures are advertised and noticed within 60 days of seizureEnsure that all petition and claim receipt letters are timely drafted, submitted, and mailedEnsure that all proclamations are timely submitted to the Government for reviewEnsure that all seizure files are timely submitted for closure to the GovernmentSubmit the weekly advertisement to forfeiture.govResponsible for training new hiresProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual status reportsOther duties as mission needed and within the scope of this contract

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

U.S. CitizenMinimum Education: BachelorsMinimum Years of Experience: Two years Asset Forfeiture experience + one year management experienceEmployees who provide support in Moderate or High positions must have undergone a minimum of a Tier 4a/BI (Background Investigation) level background investigation within the last five (5) years; or otherwise, be the subject of a favorable USSS controlled Tier 4a/BI background investigation.
