When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future-you’ll create it. **About the Job:** We are seeking an experienced SAFe Agile and SDLC Delivery Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of creating and maintaining Epics, Features, and User Stories from a resource and budgeting perspective. This role serves as a critical liaison between the delivery teams and the financial budgeting team, ensuring accurate budget and resource reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensure Agile delivery team correctly Develop, maintain, and close Epics, Features, and User Stories to align with resource, budget and compliance requirements. + Act as a bridge between delivery teams and financial budgeting teams to ensure seamless communication and accurate reporting. + Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Enterprise One (E1), Jira, or similar software to manage and track project progress. + Provide mentoring and training to SAFe Agile teams to enhance their understanding and implementation of Agile principles and practices. + Ensure teams are following best practices in creating and managing Epics to ensure accurate budget and resource reporting. + Facilitate Agile ceremonies and participate in key program planning and execution activities. + Foster a customer service-oriented attitude in all interactions, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and team productivity. + Manage IT budgets and provide insights for efficient resource allocation and financial planning. + Partner with stakeholders to ensure that portfolios are established and capitalizable. + Align delivery deployments to portfolios to ensure that Sox compliance is maintained as per our SDLC delivery processes. + Ensure external teams are funded correctly to align with CSO delivery teams. + Provide visibility into pre-planning expectations to ensure that epics and features are funded and ready for teams to consume + Guide teams during planning to ensure their work aligns to funded portfolios. + Analyze planning results to better forecast resource reporting. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in SAFe Agile and SDLC delivery. + Strong understanding of creating and maintaining Epics, Features, and User Stories with a focus on resource, budget and compliance management. + Proficiency in using project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Enterprise One (E1), Jira, or similar software. + Previous experience in IT budget management is preferred. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between teams and stakeholders. + Strong mentoring and training capabilities to support and grow Agile teams. + Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. **Education:** Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security. **Supervisory:** No. Our Lead Cybersecurity earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
