Lead Customer Service Associate

Coordinate with a team of customer service representatives to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will oversee the response to inbound customer requests regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs, and RMA's. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Branch Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will process and follow orders including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes. Drive efforts to solve complex problems for the customer.

JOB DUTIES:
 

Order Processing. Order Follow up. Manage any type of order inquiry Provide calls to customers, branches, and vendors. Work inbound emails daily Fulfilment of customer order reports. Delivers highest quality of customer service to ADI customers, branches, and vendors.  Must be able to function in a team environment and be able to effectively communicate with other team members and Supervision. Must be self-motivated and willing to cross-train and assist in other areas as required.  



YOU MUST HAVE:
 

1 year at minimum of experience in Customer Service/Support. A high attention to detail. Self-Motivation. Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce  Conversational level English Based in Queretaro
