Lead Customer Experience Specialist with German

Job purpose:

Responsible for the completion of the assigned process\nrelated tasks for a specific area, based on language skills and the thorough\nprocess knowledge demonstrated on activities performed and the tools used. Will\nwork closely with local field personnel and contribute on a team of highly\ncommitted professionals who’s organizational and communication skills provide\neffective and efficient support to the local business. Takes ownership to\nensure the customer receives a high level of service at all times by communicating\nand by doing the necessary follow-up with customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

Analyze\nnew contract bookings for compliance to policy/controls/tax. Record necessary\ninformation on country specific sites where applicable.Prepares documentation related to contract changes using approved tools:\nvariations, cancellations, re-bookings and booking updates/correctionsResponsible for review of Time & Material work orders including any\npre-invoice requirements and working with field personnel to obtain customer\nrequired Purchase Order to process invoiceSupport business with access to customer portals including documentation for\nnew/renewal subscriptions to such sites.Depending on customer, prepares the relevant documents (billing authorization\nprocess, invoices, work orders, billing forms) and sends them according to\ncustomer/contract requirements including loading via customer portals.Supports business with the requisitioning for Indirect Purchasing/Ordering\nincluding PPE/Safety materials for safety compliancePerform analysis\nand troubleshooting activities based on the business requirements. 

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree 2 years’ experience in administrative support role 1+ years’ experience with SAPGerman – first languageEnglish – secondary language
