Job purpose:
Supports service and projects organization by\nprocessing work packages / managing requests in a timely and correct manner.
Responsibilities:
Processes\n a wide variety of maintenance related activities\n between Honeywell and customers: records, changes in the\n list of equipment or obligations covered by the\n contract (escalations), cancellations, re-registrations;RQB -\n reactive quoted: creation, re-creation, additions and\n deductions;Operates\n changes according to process requirements in\n various existing records Initiate,\n get approvals (if necessary) and complete billing related to\n contracts, reactive quoted, projects (full or partial billing);Analyzes\n and takes the necessary steps to resolve disputes (credit\n issuance and reflow);Investigates\n and resolves the interface errors that may occur in the\n system, works to prevent them from occurring, and\n addressesroot causes;Process\n direct purchase requests as instructed by the project managerPerform\n business reporting based on business requirements, following\n the required frequency;
