Lead Cust Exp Specialist
Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, claims, RMA's, etc... You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties, such as reporting incompletions, block orders, etc… You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. + Processing Returns, claims, Free of charge orders + Order entry process, including audit, update & release of lines/orders according to customer’s requests. + Customer Invoicing + Deliver Forecast Reports + Administrative Support + Order Processing for Software, follow up, generation of licenses & invoicing + High School Diploma, or equivalent. + Proficient Portugues writing & reading + Solving problem abilities + Good communication skills + Good administration skills + Good time management skills + An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction + Customer Service oriented **WE VALUE** + Technical knowledge specific to (stated field) + SAP Knowledge (Fundamentals) and or Microsiga Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
