In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large-scale planning for Credit Resolution functional areaReview and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Credit Resolution functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with Credit Resolution peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead Credit Resolution projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Credit Resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with collections and credit analysis backgroundExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsUnderstanding equipment finance financial productsExperience working with dealers and commercial salesExperience with portfolio and program managementStrong MS Office skills with a particular emphasis on MS ExcelAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Chicago, Illinois: $153,000.00-$239,000.00 annually

Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job
