Lead Credit Product Portfolio Representative
**About this role:** Job Description Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Credit Product Portfolio Representative in Wells Fargo Commercial Capital as part of Commercial Bank. Responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls with the objective of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services. Representatives must be able to clearly articulate between unique industries, programs, and market segments. Requires advanced knowledge of company, products and/or services. Requires advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques along with advanced knowledge of the sales process. Representatives act as a liaison between various departments and the merchant/client/customer to reach sales conclusion. Analyzes profitability of the relationship and makes recommendation to management about account disposition. Works on special projects as assigned. **In this role, you will:** + Support the building and maintaining of effective relationships with existing clients through support of Credit Product Portfolio functional area + Execute various manufacturer programs and marketing campaigns, including adapting campaigns to increase efficiency and results + Ensure that various segments of the market receive adequate support and coverage to encourage continued flow business + Support internal and external clients to achieve business objectives + Perform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation + Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to team; lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among various teams + Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and functional area on a wide range of information + Partner with product management functional partners to provide recommendations to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively + Contribute to client-related or ad-hoc projects and teams, including supporting the interpretation of policies and providing technical guidance on documentation concerns + Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group administrative operations **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Accepting and adhering to high ethical standards and personal values in decision making and when dealing with others + 5 years prior sales experience and/or customer service + Advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques. + Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to overcome objections, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast paced environment. + Experience with Equipment Finance and leasing. + Responsible , reliable, dedicated and committed to fulfilling obligations and being a team player + Ability to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging or frustrating circumstances, and having the ability to recognize intense situations when deals should be escalated to management. + High degree of organization with ability to grasp strategic as well as tactical issues involved with client relationships. + Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to establish relevant priorities with respect to administrative work associated with departmental activities + Experience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionally **Job Expectations:** + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship + This position offers a hybrid work schedule + Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
