What Talent Acquisition contributes to Cardinal Health

Talent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and driving the selection of talent to support business needs.

Proactively and creatively sources, leads and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions across Cardinal Health.

Assesses candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred.

Creates a positive candidate experience.

Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferred

1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

Advanced Computer Skills required

Must have the ability to learn and use recruitment technologies (applicant tracking system, Excel, Outlook and other internet-based systems and tools)

Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects and deliver effectively against timelines

Onboarding:

Perform end to end onboarding process

Provide onboarding and access management instruction to hiring managers

Medical exam and Background check completion monitoring and update

Contract creation and pre-employment/statutory requirements monitoring and update

Rollout verbal offer

Data Management, Workday Management, Update tracker/s and generate reports

Others - Act as back-up initial interviewer

Must have strong attention to detail, initiative, a high level of integrity, judgment and follow-through

Ability to handle and maintain confidential information

Excellent customer service ethic and sincere interest in enhancing individual candidate experience

Must be willing to work on the mid-shift

Must be willing to work on-site (BGC)

** Internal candidates have to be in a B3/B4/P1 role for a minimum of 1 year to qualify for this role.
