Job Description
What is the job about?
Delivering PDD admin support in close collaboration with PDD team and global process owner. Focus on PDD related analytics and input for continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities:
• Launch PDD forms and upload goals and results in responsible Divisions/Function units
• Monitor PDD form and incentive goal quality and progress and follow-up on findings
• Handle various PDD tasks incl. but not limited to new hires/position changes/country reassignment/leavers management
• Handling SNOW requests in Annual Review Center assignment group
• Co-develop, review and update processes, instructions, guidelines
• Deep dive check / clean-up of Group, divisional and function unit goals
• Support to People Leaders, HRBPs and employees; e.g. Route PDD forms, advice on eligibility rules, ensure correct PDD form type, upload/maintenance of local incentive goals if any, etc.
• Ensure strong relationships with various stakeholders for proactive communication and implementation of changes in processes, workflows within PDD area, and drive alignment across the division/function units
• Offer expertise support to relevant stakeholders
• Knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement
• Support manager to investigate operational risks and identify possible solutions for continuous improvement and user satisfaction
• Responsible for follow up on deliveries and processes
• Deliver high quality analysis and recommendations
• Investigate, describe, and recommend solutions to improve processes and systems
• Other tasks assigned by manager
Your background
We imagine that you have:
• College or University Degree within HR, Organization or Legal / Labor law
• Preferably 3-4 years of relevant work experience in HR
• Preferably experience from a shared services environment
• Solid knowledge of the tasks, processes, and activities within HR.
• Preferably understanding of the relevant systems, local laws, and regulations where applicable, for the HR area.
• Experience driving developed processes within HR.
• Experience working with streamlining, process improvement and efficiencies.
• Experience with design of well-defined HR processes
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Ability to lead processes or projects.
• Ability to lead a business process within HR.
• Experience and flair for working with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Good analytical skills
• Good collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Application of technology and automation to achieve goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Language requirement: English fluent level
