In this role as our Commissioning Leader of the GE Plant Controls System (Mark VIe) for Combined Cycle Power Plants;
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the projects assigned. You will expertly plan, prepare, and execute commissioning activities, lead operations during the construction phase, and coordinate all trial runs and performance tests.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the safe and timely commissioning, trial runs, and acceptance testing of the GE Mark VIe control system for Combined Cycle Power Plants.Coordinate system turnovers from installation to commissioning and from commissioning to customer handover, ensuring compliance with procedures and documentation standards.Perform pre-checks, energization, and network verification of the Mark VIe control system, ensuring communication and functionality across all devices.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, review logic against engineering documents, and implement HMI screen modifications and alarm configurations.Supervise and support loop checks, functional and protection tests, and ensure accurate commissioning records and operational logs are maintained.Implement and enforce EHS procedures, including risk assessments, safety walks, and subcontractor compliance monitoring.Manage commissioning test equipment, including inspection, usage tracking, and timely return.Provide technical feedback and site reports to engineering and project teams, contributing to continuous improvement.Hand over the commissioning, quality and feedback documentation and software (originals) with a document list to the Commissioning Manager for compiling and releaseLead and mentor a team of ICS Commissioning Engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.Basic requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience with GE Mark Vle )Min. 3-5 years of experience in commissioning/Installation of the GE Mark VIe Controls System related to Combined Cycle Power PlantsOther Eligibility:
Available to travel for long term assignments (100%) at Construction sites within the USDesired Characteristics:

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is; $87,000 - $145,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. This position will stay open on the career website until at least June, 30th 2025
