Represent Facilities team in all financials Audits Governance of all AMC of equipments across pan India with centralised partners Obtain FM score & KPI Scores on monthly basis from BAL Circle SPOC and ensure all the data is updated as per trackers and the central leadership is informed and alarms are raised well in advance for any immediate actionable pertaining to Building compliances / Lease agreements etc  Multiple property related reports for management requirements Sustainable and Automation projects
