Review of MMR and QBR of IFM partner and report submission to facility head with all findings
Conducting half Yearly Employee Satisfaction Survey for all employees as per IFM SOW
Timely Invoicing and payments of the partner
Management of critical facilities tools including Portfolio Management Tool, Courier Management Tool & Material movement Tool.
Represent Facilities team in all financials Audits
Governance of all AMC of equipments across pan India with centralised partners
Obtain FM score & KPI Scores on monthly basis from BAL Circle SPOC and ensure all the data is updated as per trackers and the central leadership is informed and alarms are raised well in advance for any immediate actionable pertaining to Building compliances / Lease agreements etc
