Lead Consultant Financial Services
Job Location: remote from Poland or hybrid in Warszawa
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with a strong background in the Financial Sector specializing in Account Development in this industry in Poland. As a strategic driver of our organization's business development efforts, this individuum will lead the charge in identifying, crafting, and executing digital transformation initiatives along the Application Transformation, Master Systems Integration, Experience-led transformation and other elements of DXC Consulting & Engineering portfolio that propel customer success. The role demands a seasoned expert, ensuring our Financial Services clients receive solutions that deliver significant business value and impact. The person is also supporting sales and presales activities for the opportunities.
This role is part of the DXC Consulting & Engineering organization and will work closely hand in hand with the DXC Country and Account Management in the DXC Markets organization to ensure a common success.
Responsibilities:
Find and develop business opportunities, supporting the Customers in their digitalization activities.
Conduct detailed business analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions, tailoring them to meet client-specific needs.
Engage in intensive interactions with stakeholders, prioritizing CxO-level engagement to manage and exceed expectations.
Lead and manage digital transformation projects with a focus on scope, quality, and timely delivery.
Exhibit a business owner's mindset to drive projects and programs centered on digital transformation.
Leverage data and process-driven transformation expertise to maximize project impact.
Craft or re-engineer project plans, ensuring alignment with complex, multi-country organizational structures, managing system deployment sub-projects, and stakeholder relations.
Serve as a bridge between IT and business entities to ensure coherent and efficient project outcomes.
Forge and manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including CxO-level executives, focusing on expectation management and project advocacy.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Services, in a transformational role with the right understanding of business processes and transformation needs or service delivery role.
A minimum of 4 years of business development roles.
A minimum of 5 years in business consultancy or advisory roles.
Proficient in requirements elicitation, engineering, and exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from CxO to technical expert levels and conveying complex concepts clearly at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the capacity to devise innovative solutions to complex problems.
Adept in complex stakeholder management, skilled at negotiating and maintaining robust working relationships.
Forge and manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including CxO-level executives, focusing on expectation management and project advocacy.
Demonstrated expertise in complex stakeholder management and process modeling.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Polish and English languages is required
