Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant-Anaplan

Responsibilities:

· Good subject knowledge in at least two of these, Financial Planning Analysis, Supply Chain Management or Sales Performance

· Understanding clients’ business processes and business requirements

· Translate requirements into functional requirements and use cases

· Design and build Anaplan application models to support business processes inline with overall design given by Solution Architect

· Transform and implement multi-dimensional structures to support business processes

· Implement high quality code using best practices

· Work on sales pursuits and help in building proof-of-concept models.

· Monitor data flows to and from clients’ systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate

· Provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processes

· Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan

· Ability to Work individually or lead a small group

· Communicate effectively with global customers and Internal Team

· Manage time effectively to deliver the requirements before the deadlines.

· Collaborate well within a team environment to drive results

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics)

· relevant experience

· hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building and architecture.

· Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (preferred).

· Advanced Excel knowledge

· Prior implementation and Consulting experience with global customers

· Clear communication skills to explain complex problems in an easy to understand language

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Working within an Agile delivery operating model with demonstrated knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid implementation methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with other EPM tools like Oracle ePBCS, Hyperion, or OneStream.

· Understanding of finance, supply chain, or workforce planning processes.

· Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.

· Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise objective, mature judgement.
