Job Description:

Experience in Telecom Domain is must At least 10 years of experience as Telecom Domain consultant.  At least 7 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. At least 7 years experience working directly with Call center reps onsite, triaging issues, suggesting work arounds and System Architects and Development team is must. Experience in handling Production support activities Should have adequate experience in implementing security updates and patches to application servers Exposure to Angular, .Net, SQL Server, Java and AWS are highly preferred Will need to quickly gain application knowledge and work with Call Center associates for any clarification, process, triaging issues, suggesting work around procedures, etc. Will also need to work with Business stakeholders, executives, application development teams for any enhancements Position is at NYNE/MDV/NPD regions and should work at Call Center daily
