We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Primarily Dashboards/Reports)

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports across Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

• Configure and maintain HCM Extracts and Transformation Formulas for internal and external reporting needs.

• Create and troubleshoot Fast Formulas (eligibility, validation, calculation, and approval).

• Perform bulk data uploads using HDL and HSDL for employees, positions, candidates, benefits, etc.

• Implement UI/UX changes and logic through HCM Design Studio, Page Composer, and Application Composer.

• Configure approval workflows, alerts, and notifications for HR, Recruiting, and Compensation transactions.

• Work collaboratively with functional and business teams for requirements gathering, UAT, and go-live support.

• Ensure technical compliance and documentation for customizations and integrations.

• Support development of Redwood-based enhancements (nice to have).

Qualifications we seek in you
BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA
Preferred Skills:
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Global HR / Recruiting / Technical track).
• OTBI and BI Publisher

• HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL

• Fast Formulas (Approval, Calculation, Eligibility, Validation)

• Design Studio, Page Composer, Application Composer

• Approval workflows, Notifications, and Security configuration

• Functional understanding of Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and Talent modules

• Familiarity with Redwood UX and Journeys personalization (preferred)

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
