Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Change Management Coordinator
As a Change Manager, you must have a unique blend of talent to provide support to stakeholders as they adapt and adapt to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technologies. You will lead key stakeholders and employees through organizational transformation while promoting change management and end user adoption.

Responsibilities
• Organizational change impacts clarification in 12 weeks period together with product teams and deployment teams. You will be serving as the single point of contact for designated project work streams, partnering with project leaders and business stakeholders to develop and execute the strategic organizational change management plan supporting implementation, execution and adoption efforts
• Collaborate on the design, development, and delivery of stakeholder management, change impact assessments and communication plans to ensure business and end user readiness
• Manage change management deliverables including execution of organizational change management plan including but not limited to assessing and maintaining leadership alignment; stakeholder engagement; providing content for communication materials; change impact collection, assessment and analysis; change management assessments, and facilitation of regional change agent network
• Contribute to the communication and training strategy and plan while working with key stakeholders to develop all related materials
• Work with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build a change culture understanding and ensuring stakeholders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams
• Drive, monitor, and manage the change work stream delivery – ensuring key project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Developing Internal release notes in English - from business perspective, not technical perspective
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to change initiatives, drive resolution strategies, and ensure timely mitigation
• Collaboration with training team to write a change story and support training team needs
• Survey analytics and presentations

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Relevant years’ experience leading change management, organizational design, organization culture and business transformation (Communications, Training, or Readiness)
• Experience developing trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytic skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills (MS Office, Project Software)
• Strong leadership presence, including the ability to manage and influence others
• Change management certification from an accredited institution or program
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field and/or equivalent experience
• Willingness to work in the afternoon/evening hours
• Efficient facilitation skills listening skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
• Workday ERP experience, specifically as part of a full deployment both HCM and FIN
• Previous experience in full life ERP/IT/Project implementation related projects.
• Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field and/or equivalent experience
• Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items through organizational complexity.
• AzureDevOps skills are benefit
