About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative.
In this role, you will:

Extensive understanding of CMS loan documents
Possess thorough understanding of the CREFC guidelines and regulations
In-depth understanding of CMS business cycle
Have regular calls with all line of business; understand and articulate to the requirement from the stake holders for the smooth course of the processes
Identify risks and suggest robust control plans
Strong process knowledge to resolve process related questions and issues from the team and reduce the queries going to the LOB.
Generate systems queries of Loan Information, as when required/requested
Complete tasks that require the review of reports, system data, loan documentation, and other collateral or loan related information
Perform quality reviewer roles and responsibilities for multiple sub processes
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices.
Exhibits detail-oriented skills
Analyze complex data and make decision for final reconciliation
Ability to communicate well with US counterparts and build relationship with business Partners.
Able to conduct process trainings followed by coaching and mentoring trainees
Job Expectations:
Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is a process which involves in creating Lien on the properties. UCC filings are effective for every five years and filings are renewed until the maturity of the loan to sustain the lien on fixture and filings. Wells Fargo provides only the servicing of the loans from funding until loan payoff. UCC is nothing but, “Taking lien on fixtures & Filings” – There is always 1st lien by Wells Fargo. UCC team Verify UCC documents for the collateral and upload the information into the applications.
University degree in Business or related discipline
Experience of 5+ years in commercial mortgage loan servicing
Excellent communication - verbal and written
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word MS Access
Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
Ability to adapt to change
Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
Working with teams and be an active participant
Exhibits a commitment to the company
Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
Demonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstances Ability to conduct process trainings as when required
Ability to work independently and generate MIS reports for the process
Takes ownership for the responsibilities
Motivates oneself and the team in achieving team goals
Working from office all the business days
