Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager - Auto

In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional, with broad impact, and act as a key participant in overseeing lending activities for a wholesale banking business and geographic marketReview and research complex multifaceted, large scale, and long term business challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsMake decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects and teams or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of commercial auto underwriting and franchised auto dealership finance industry experienceExperience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure within the for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2BCompletion of a formal credit training programComprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services such as, commercial lending and treasury management Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnershipsExperience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growth Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and proceduresExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
