Lead Collections Administrator

A Lead Collections Administrator plays a\ncrucial role in managing the accounts receivable for BA. The primary\nresponsibility is to ensure that outstanding debts are collected efficiently\nwhile maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 
-Support with collection activities.
-Work with internal / external customers
-Respond to customer requests
-Account reconciliations.
-Handle a customer portfolio.
-Order Releases.
-Evaluate risk on customer credit
-Calling customers by phone
-Supporting on Cash Applications
-Update customer information in SAP and\nrelated tools and support
-Demonstrate abilities to deliver solutions\nto problems
-Strong analytical & problem-solving\nskills
-Effective verbal and written communication\nskills
-Lead projects that help to reduce PD and\nachieve goals
-Ability to work with less supervision\nproviding updates on the progress on portfolios

Must Have:

 
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / accounting\nor related field1-year experience with customer service and/or\ncollectionsEnglish advancedExperience with ExcelEffective verbal and written communication\nskills
