Lead Collections Administrator

A Lead Collections Administrator plays a crucial role in\nmanaging the accounts receivable for BA. The primary responsibility is to\nensure that outstanding debts are collected efficiently while maintaining\nstrong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 
-Support with collection\nactivities.
-Work with internal / external\ncustomers
-Respond to customer requests
-Account reconciliations.
-Handle a customer portfolio.
-Order Releases.
-Evaluate risk on customer credit
-Calling customers by phone
-Supporting on Cash Applications
-Update customer information in\nSAP and related tools and support
-Demonstrate abilities to deliver\nsolutions to problems
-Strong analytical &\nproblem-solving skills
-Effective verbal and written\ncommunication skills
-Lead projects that help to reduce\nPD and achieve goals
-Ability to work with less\nsupervision providing updates on the progress on portfolios

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting or related field1-year experience with customer\nservice and/or collectionsEnglish Advanced
