Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, high-performance cloud architectures for applications and infrastructure. Lead cloud strategy by defining architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with engineering teams to design microservices, serverless functions, APIs, and data services in the cloud. Plan and execute migration of existing systems and workloads to cloud environments (Azure or GCP). Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud deployments. Define CI/CD pipelines and integrate DevOps tools and automation frameworks. Set up GCP infrastructure specifically for ML provisioning. Evaluate and recommend new cloud tools, technologies, and services. Troubleshoot cloud architecture issues, providing guidance on performance tuning and reliability improvements. Create and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams to support implementation and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in cloud architecture or solution design roles. Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform: Azure or GCP (multi-cloud knowledge is a plus). Hands-on experience with GCP cloud infrastructure is essential. Solid understanding of networking, security, IAM, and cloud infrastructure services. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless, and cloud-native architectures. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.) and CI/CD best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
