KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage the deployed infrastructure based on Redhat Openstack, OpenShift, Ceph etc. Sound knowledge of Redhat Openstack, Linux, Openshift, Ceph platforms. Knowledge of opensource platforms like Grafana, Kibana, promethus, node exporter, elastic search etc. Sound knowledge of working the various API's, shell scripting, Ansible playbooks etc. Work closely with Infra and application team to design and implement application & infrastructure monitoring process. Identify and keep inventory of monitoring key metrics. Define SOPs for analyzing infrastructure alerts. RCA for incidents. Ensure SLA Compliance for operational activities and incident resolutions. Drives the adoption, and articulate the risks/opportunities from leveraging Cloud Infrastructure. Conduct Cost Budgeting & Estimation of Cloud Workloads. New Migration and Transitions into Cloud. Setup Cloud Operations Process in ITSM Tools like ServiceNow. Manage Vendors for third party solutions onboarding. Manage Software License especially MS, Redhat, Oracle license's etc.
