Lead Client Solutions Executive IV CA (Government)
**Job Description:** This is a sales and customer facing position, no office requirement. No relocation is offered. AT&T has an opening for a Lead Client Solutions Executive IV to drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales, and delivering AT&T products, services, and/or solutions to address customers strategic business priorities. **Job Duties/Responsibilities:** + With the aid of support resources, identifies sales opportunity solutions. Builds/maintains network of colleagues/customers to share information and obtain prospects. + May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (i.e. billing, installation, customer issues). + Establishes/maintains productive long-term client relationships. + Leads in presenting products, services and migrations that can benefit customer needs. + Demonstrates/maintains complete extensive knowledge of the organizations entire product/service line. + Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities to deliver valuable solutions. + Develops responses to Request for Proposals. Identifies key trends and customer needs, leverages industry knowledge/applications, utilizes consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture. + Owns account relationship; responsible for meeting revenue objectives. Demonstrates sustained record sales achievement. + Effectively influences customers to diffuse potential problems. + Aids in devising direct sales plans/strategies. + Develops strategic initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of most complex accounts/projects. + Supports the sales team through coaching/mentoring - assists less experienced peers. + Act as team lead when presenting products/services to customers. + Works on critical/large/most complex/high visibility/strategic/tactically vital accounts and issues with sizable latitude. **Required Qualifications:** + Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry. + Strong understanding technology, applications, and solutions. + Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Proficient in prospecting and lead generation techniques. + Knowledge of onboarding processes is a plus. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + This requires travel to customer sites and sales events. + Flexibility to work in various settings, including office, remote, and field environments. + Hours may vary based on customer needs and public safety responsibilities to assist during emergencies **Desired Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. + Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a sales or sales support role. Strongly Prefer experience in Public Sector and First Net + Sales and customer engagement + Public speaking and presentation + Prospecting and lead generation + Cross-functional collaboration + Process and compliance management Our Sales Executives earn a base salary between $110,600 - $177,800+ commission with a total target compensation of $185,600 - $252,800.
