AT&T has an opening for a Lead Client Solutions Executive IV todrive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales, and delivering AT&T products, services, and/or solutions to address customers strategic business priorities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Client Relationship and Account Management: Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand their needs, utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations.
Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets.
Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
RFP response Management: May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
Customer Support and Dispute Resolution: May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.
Required Qualifications:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with support resources; build and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share insights and generate leads.Resolve customer disputes and accounts receivable issues, including billing, installation, and service concerns.Establish and sustain productive, long-term client relationships.Lead presentations of products, services, and migration solutions tailored to customer needs.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s full product and service portfolio.Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, challenges, strategies, and priorities to deliver impactful solutions.Develop responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs); analyze trends and customer needs, apply industry knowledge, and use consultative selling techniques to close deals.Own account relationships and meet revenue objectives; demonstrate a consistent record of sales achievement.Influence customers effectively to mitigate potential issues.Contribute to the development of direct sales plans and strategies.Create strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue from complex accounts and projects.Support and mentor sales team members; coach less experienced peers.Serve as team lead during customer presentations.Manage critical, high-visibility, and strategically vital accounts with significant autonomy.Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology.Strong understanding of technology, applications, and solutions.Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to engage and educate diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Skilled in prospecting and lead generation.Familiarity with onboarding processes is a plus.Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Desired Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a sales or sales support role. Strongly Prefer experience in Public Sector and FirstNetOur Sales Executives earn a base salary between $110,600 - $177,800+ commission with a total target compensation of $185,600 - $252,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
