Spacious classrooms are arranged to serve up to 6 students.Highly trained and experienced staff using ABA strategies to attain long range quality of life outcomes. Works in partnership with families on every aspect of their child’s growth and education. The downtown area of Hudson affords students ample opportunities for community skill-building, relationship development and recreation.https://darnellschool.org/ Minimum Education Required Bachelor's Degree Shift First Shift Responsibilities We are searching for an enthusiastic and energetic Lead Classroom Assistant that enjoys working with young adults with autism and IDD and has a desire to contribute to their lives in positive ways. We are looking for a passionate TEAM member who is committed to making a difference every day. You will work closely as a team with the Head Classroom Teacher and Behavior Specialist to ensure implementation of student IEP objectives. You will work directly with students, review data, monitor student progress, and modify student programming to ensure student success.Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.If you are ready to begin a professional career and work in a supportive and collaborative environment, come join us!Responsibilities include:
