Lead Channel Marketing
**Job Description:** Drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and programs to launch and grow new or existing products and services, ensuring maximum market impact and customer engagement. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** + Develop, write, and manage customer-facing marketing content across digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice, business objectives and customer needs + Plan and implement marketing programs or projects that support AT&T Business International sales organization + Build cross-functional relationships with sales and product teams to identify marketing opportunities + Track marketing programs or projects through completion to determine effectiveness + Elevate customer awareness of products and solutions through marketing communication projects + Maintain budget for assigned programs or projects + Project Manage updates to external website for AT&T Business International with Digital Team + Research Industry Insights for sales regions **Skills and Requirements:** + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, compelling marketing content for diverse audiences. + Experience presenting ideas and result to stakeholders at various organizational levels. + Minimum 5 years’ experience in channel marketing, product marketing, or a related field, preferably in B2B or technology sectors + Demonstrated experience researching and applying industry insights specific to sales regions to inform marketing strategies + Ability to analyze marketing data and program effectiveness, leveraging insights to optimize future campaigns + Proven ability to interact directly with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and ensure marketing initiatives drive engagement and satisfaction + Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines and budget + Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, digital, creative, etc.) + Strong attention to detail in both content creation and project execution + Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems in a fast-paced environment + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus Salary from 4200 EUR/a month gross.
