We are currently seeking a Lead Business Systems and Solutions Analyst - Variable Annuities to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). **Responsibilities:** - Provide business systems analysis and solutions support for internal and external clients, identifying business needs and recommending industry best practice solutions specific to insurance operations. - Participate in feasibility discussions to evaluate and scope insurance-related projects and solutions. - Serve as a liaison between internal departments (e.g., operations, IT) and external clients to ensure seamless integration and collaboration, particularly in insurance analytics and innovations. - Provide expertise to the organization on Variable Annuities - Act as product owner for a Variable Annuity administration platform - Lead the solution design, construction and orchestration across NTT, partners and client organizations. - Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution vision, scope, and value proposition. - Perform evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translating them into proper system requirement designs, considering the business implications of technology applications in current and future insurance environments. - Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on end-user needs, ensuring thorough understanding of business systems, insurance applications, and industry requirements. - Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align information technology solutions with insurance business initiatives. - Solicit estimates and assumptions for input into pricing models, ensuring alignment with insurance-specific requirements. **Basic Qualifications:** - 10+ years of Business Analysis and/or Solution Design within the insurance sector - 5+ years of Variable Annuities - Insurance domain certifications **Nice to Have:** - US Insurance regulation and legislation, particularly life insurance. - Life insurance products and solutions, with awareness of IT solutions within the US market. - Competence in conducting quantitative analysis and mapping of insurance policies, premiums, product distribution, and transaction volumes across platforms. - Qualitative analysis to identify product-related pain points linked with digital insurance operations. - Quantitative analysis of process frequency across insurance product types and understanding of associated costs and risks. **Education:** - Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. \#INDFSINS \#L1-NorthAmerica **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
