In this role, you will:

Support the building and maintaining of effective relationships with existing clients through support of Credit Product Portfolio functional areaExecute various manufacturer programs and marketing campaigns, including adapting campaigns to increase efficiency and resultsEnsure that various segments of the market receive adequate support and coverage to encourage continued flow businessSupport internal and external clients to achieve business objectivesPerform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretationIndependently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to team; lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among various teamsProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and functional area on a wide range of informationPartner with product management functional partners to provide recommendations to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectivelyContribute to client-related or ad-hoc projects and teams, including supporting the interpretation of policies and providing technical guidance on documentation concernsSupport performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group administrative operations

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Prior sales or customer service experience

Advanced problem solving techniques  

Ability to manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment  

Responsible, reliable, dedicated and committed to fulfilling obligations and being a team player  

Ability to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging or frustrating circumstances, and having the ability to recognize intense situations when deals should be escalated to management  

High degree of organization with ability to grasp strategic as well as tactical issues involved with client relationships  

Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to establish relevant priorities with respect to administrative work associated with departmental activities  

Experience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionally  

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 

Job Expectations:

Ability to work a hybrid work schedule
