In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Prior sales or customer service experience
Advanced problem solving techniques
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, reliable, dedicated and committed to fulfilling obligations and being a team player
Ability to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging or frustrating circumstances, and having the ability to recognize intense situations when deals should be escalated to management
High degree of organization with ability to grasp strategic as well as tactical issues involved with client relationships
Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to establish relevant priorities with respect to administrative work associated with departmental activities
Experience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionally
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to work a hybrid work schedule
