About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant.

In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesWrite, Execute test scripts and document resultsWrite user stories from requirements using SDLC formatsGather and condition test data for both Development and UATWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipDrive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.Review requirements and build the test scenarios/test scripts with minimal supervision.Work with product owner and business teams and perform testing, help with test coordination, defect reporting etc.Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.Facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansPerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesArticulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/ vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationOverall experience with at least 5+ years in PowerApps / Power Platform Development

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in building automation workflows using Power AutomateProficient level understanding and working experience on Power PlatformProficient Level experience in design and develop custom business apps (Canvas Apps, SharePoint Form Apps, Model Driven Apps)Proficient Level experience in Dataverse along with strong database relationship knowledge.Proficient Level experience in Dataverse Security Roles App and Columns level.
