About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of the HR Business Partner team supporting Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Functions.
This role will closely collaborate alongside Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) towards critical initiatives contributing to the successful business outcomes for relevant client groups. The Lead Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for assisting with the creation of executive presentation materials grounded in data and insights, oversight and accountability for execution of large-scale projects and complex strategic implementations from both a consultative and tactical perspective.
In this role, you will:
Work across HR to drive the delivery of Human Resources products and services to clientsStrategically partner with COEs and HRBPLs to operationalize cyclical HR activitiesPresent recommendations to enhance, implement, monitor and measure Line of Business or Enterprise Functions specific initiativesTranslate HR data into compelling, executive-ready presentations by setting clear standards for storytelling, and client-focused messagingTake the lead on producing monthly executive summary of human capital metrics, working closely with center of excellence HR partners to collect the appropriate data that supports the business objectivesProvide customized business communications, change management plans, and reportingBe a key differentiator having the ability to have One HR mind-set, operate effectively in a highly evolving and complex environment with a positive outlookEngage with peers across the business execution community to act as a community of practice to further mature the HRBP model and provide a “best in class” support of our HRBP leadersPartner closely with People Analytics to articulate the needs of the business around data and reporting, including Business Reviews, monthly human capital metrics and resultsIdentify and define business requirements and translate business needs into moderately complex research and recommendations to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Previous Human Resources experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role and / or Center of Excellence rolesExperience interpreting and aggregating data and translating data insights into user stories intended for executive and senior-level audiencesExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, data driven analysis and presentations to diverse executive audiencesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; specifically Excel and PowerPointExperience working with large, sensitive data setsDemonstrated end to end project management experienceExperience working in a large, complex, dynamic organization with multiple business groups and broad geographic reach.Familiarity with a variety of HR Disciplines and ability to navigate a complex center of excellence modelSuccessful business operations, strategic consulting and management consulting experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.A record of accomplishment demonstrating strong influencing, collaboration and decision-making skills across various stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and drive progress toward a common business objective.Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet timelinesAbility to track and monitor complex projects, communicate progress to business leaders, and negotiate critical issue resolutionAbility to leverage AI and continuously evaluate how to optimize the delivery of HR products and servicesBusiness mindset with strong problem solving and analytical skills
