Your new roleLead and support a team of Business Analysts, providing day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and development opportunitiesOwn and drive the planning and execution of analysis activities—from assessing business needs and capturing requirements to designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutionsBe recognised as a subject matter expert, confidently leading the delivery of change by shaping and directing analysis work across complex initiativesApply your strong understanding of business processes and technology systems to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions within an Agile frameworkTake a natural lead in mentoring others on analysis techniques, sharing your insurance and IT experience to uplift capability across the teamCollaborate closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Architects to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the delivery lifecycleHappy to talk flexible working

About you

We’re looking for a supportive and confident team leader who brings:

Experience leading or mentoring Business Analysts in a collaborative environmentA strong understanding of Agile delivery and the software development lifecycleExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teamsA passion for developing people and creating a positive, inclusive team cultureExperience in insurance or financial services is a plus
